Let me begin by letting any readers know, I have bought several properties over the years. I have worked with many real estate agents in multiple cities throughout the country. It is no stretch of the truth in saying, of all the properties I have bought and sold, Yyvonne excelled at her job more than any other person to date. This last purchase required a bit of maneuvering, which Yyvonne did with ease. She is honestly, everything you hope to find in an agent. She has an extensive knowledge of the area, is never pushy, listens to her clients, and works hard on their behalf. She was (and still is) always accessible, professional, and easy to communicate with. She has strong negotiating skills and has and really knows the market. She also put me in contact with the right people for various things pertaining to a move, by helping me in more ways than simply buying a property.
