Yvonne is very responsive and she comes with a solid local network of people able to pitch in and get done whatever needs to get done to get a house sold. This was my first time dealing with the new law that has the seller only paying the seller’s agent. I was appreciative of Yvonne’s patience working through the pluses and minuses of that situation with me. She possesses extensive knowledge of NM rules and regulations, and articulates them so they’re easy to understand. It was an out of state sale, so Yvonne made sure to keep me updated at all times. Aside from listing the house and personally showing it, she kept me apprised of every appointment and buyer response. She ensured the house remained secure, set up the title company, septic inspections, the property survey, referred a fantastic cleaning service, checked the mail, mailed personal belongings to me…the list goes on. I would absolutely hire Yvonne again👍

Yvonne went above and beyond to help my partner and I find a new home. She was compassionate and kind throughout the process, and even went so far as to bring her own starlink to the location before closing to give us peace of mind that we’d be able to continue to run our at home businesses after the move. She’s solution oriented and doesn’t make you stress about things that she’s handling. Sorry for the delay way Overdue! Yvonne helped me purchased 10 acres of land with some outbuildings and a barn. I had been here looking previously and did not find anything to my liking. When I got back home I reached out to her for the first time and she sent me the perfect listing that ended up to be what I bought.
